About Subscriptions (iOS)
Effective:
Some APPHONG iOS apps offer optional auto-renewing subscriptions. This page explains how they work and how you can manage them.
What You Get
- Full access to premium features while the subscription is active.
- Ongoing updates and improvements.
- Priority email support.
Specific features may vary by app. Please see the in-app paywall or App Store listing for details and pricing.
Billing and Renewal
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
- Your Apple ID account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription in iOS Settings: Settings -> Your Name -> Subscriptions.
Free Trials
If a free trial is offered, any unused portion is forfeited when you purchase a subscription. Trials and conversions are handled by Apple.
Cancel or Manage
You can change or cancel at any time in iOS:
- Open Settings on your iPhone or iPad.
- Tap your name -> Subscriptions.
- Select the app and choose Cancel Subscription or change the plan.
Refunds
Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple. You can request one here: Request a refund.
Restore Purchases
If you reinstall the app or switch devices, use the Restore Purchases option in the app. Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple ID used to buy the subscription.
Price Changes
Apple may notify you of price changes. If required, you may need to agree to the new price for the subscription to continue.
Family Sharing
Some subscriptions may not support Family Sharing. Please check the App Store listing for the specific app.
Privacy
Your data is handled according to our Privacy Policy. We do not sell personal data.
